Staff Selection Commission (SSC)- SSC invites the online application form from interested and eligible Indian National citizens through Combined Higher Secondary (12th) Level Examination for filling up the posts of Lower Division Clerks (LDC) and Data Entry Operator (DEO). Willing candidates who want to apply for these vacancies are required apply online at SSC  www.ssconline2.gov.in before 16 August, 2013. Name of the posts:

1. Lower Division Clerk (LDC)
2. Data Entry Operator (DEO)





Educational Qualifications:
Candidates must have passed 12th class or equivalent or higher examination from a reputed university or board as on 01 August, 2013.


Age Limit:
A candidate must have attained the minimum age of 18 years and must not have attained the maximum age of 27 years as on 01 August, 2013, for Data Entry Operator and Lower Division Clerk. Age relaxation will be as per the Government norms.


Application fee:
Application registration fee would be Rs.100/- for General / OBC Male candidates and No fee for women candidates and SC / ST / PH / Ex-Servicemen category candidates. Fees once be paid not be refundable in any circumstances.


Grade Pay:
Grade Pay For LDC Rs. 1900/-
Grade Pay for DEO Rs. 2400/-


Selection Process:
Candidate would be selected on the basis of their performance in written examination, Typing test and personal interview. The Paper will consist of Objective Type- Multiple choice questions only. The questions will be set both in English and Hindi.

2. Last date for submission of application: 16 August, 2013

3. Date of Written Examination : 10th and 17 November, 2013

The filling of online application contains two parts :Part I Registration and Part II Registration. Applicant who are apply online should upload their scanned Photograph and Signature.
