Age limit for the post of Management Trainee should be in between 21 years to 32 years and for Management Trainee Junior from 18 years to 32 years as on 01-08-2013. Age relaxation will be given to the reserved categories as per the Govt Rules.
Candidates those who are applying for post of MT-Electrical should have degree in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering, MT-Telecom Degree in electronics/ Instrumentation Electronics and Tele communication Engineering, MT-Finance Degree and passing in the final exam of the Institute Chartered Accountants of India/ Institutes of Cost and Works Accounts of India, MT-HRD full time PG degree/Diploma two years duration in PM/IR and welfare/HRD/HRM/PM&IR/MBA with HRD or PM, MT-Law, MT-IT should be BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science/Information technology Electronics and Telecommunication or MCA, MT-Junior-Electrical should have Diploma in Electrical/Electrical and Electronics Engineering, MT-Junior-Telecom should have diploma in Electronics/ Instrumentation Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering and for the post of MT-JR-IT should have B.Sc(IT)/BCA/Degree with PGDCA or Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering/Instrumentation/ Computer Science with at-least 60% Marks from a recognized University or Institution.
Note: Condition of marks percentage for the candidates of SC/ST and the those who are Passing of Section-A & B of IE (India) in relevant discipline is 50% instead of 60.
Selection of the candidates will be on the basis of their performance in Written test and Interview. Shortlisted candidates by Written test will be called for Interview.

Candidates those who are applying for these posts are required to send application fee of Rs. 500/-. Candidates of SC/ST and Physically Handicapped of Odisha are exempted from the application fee.
