Age Limit: Candidates those who are applying for these posts their age should be in between 18 years to 50 years as on the closing date. However the upper age limit relaxation will be given to reserved categories as per State Govt./ University rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates those who are applying for these posts should have Master Degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ Documentation with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade B in the UGC seven points scale and consistently good academic record set out in these Regulations, at least thirteen years as a Deputy Librarian in a University Library or eighteen years experience as a College Librarian, Evidence of innovative Library service and organization of published work, Graduation with three years experience as Personal Assistant, Master Degree with at least 45% marks or Bachelor Degree with at least 50% marks & 5 years’ office experience from the University/ Colleges/ Educational Institutions/ Govt/ Semi Govt/ PSU/ Corporations, at least 50% Marks in Graduation with 100 words per minute speed in English Shorthand and ability to transcript the same at the speed of 20 words per minute or Hindi shorthand at 80 words per minute and transcription thereof at the speed of 15 words per minute up to 4% mistake, Knowledge of Computer, qualify the test at the speed of 8000 depressions per hour in MS Word, One year experience as Jr. Scale Stenographer of University/ Colleges/ Educational Institutions/ Govt/ Semi Govt./ PSU/ Corporations and candidates please refer official recruitment notification for post wise educational qualification. 

Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test or interview.

Application Fee: Candidates those who are applying for these posts are required to pay the application fee of Rs. 500/- for General & Rs.125/- for SC/ BCA/ BC-B/ EBPGC candidates of Haryana State only through a Bank Draft in favour of Registrar, BPSMV, Khanpur Kalan payable at Khanpur Kalan.
