Central University of Punjab, Bathinda has published a notification and invited applications from the eligible candidates for filling up the various posts which are mentioned below:-

Details of vacancies in Central University of Punjab:

Total No. of posts: 15 posts
Name of the the posts:
1. Upper Divisional Clerk: 04 posts
2. Lower Divisional Clerk: 07 posts
3. Driver: 02 posts
4. Multitasking Staff: 02 post

Age Limit:
Candidates those who are applying for the posts no. 1,2,and 3 should be below 40 years of age and those who are applying for the post no. 4 should be below 35 years.

Educational Qualification:
Eligible candidates those who are applying for the posts of UDC and LDC should be graduate from a recognised university in any discipline and should have three experience and knowledge of computer for UDC and two years experience and typing speed of 30 W.P.M and good working knowledge of computer. For the post of Driver candidates should be matriculate from a recognised Board and Valid Driving License for Light/Medium/Heavy Vehicle and for the post of Multitasking Staff candidates should be matriculation pass from a recognised Board and should have working experince of Multitasking in the area of binding/ plumbing/ cleaning/ driving/ typing/ library/ operating of computer/ gardening/ masonry/ guest house and pantry management etc.

Selection Procedure:
Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of merit in the Test/Interview.

Candidates of General and OBC e required to pay the application fee of Rs.200/- and candidates of SC/ST and PH are required to pay the application fee of Rs.100/- in the form of DD drawn in favour of Central University of Punjab, Bathinda payable at Bathinda.

1. Clerk Cum Data Entry operator: 100 posts

Salary and Grade Pay:
Salary will be Rs. 10300/- to 34800/- with grade pay of Rs. 3200.

Educational Qualification:
a) Graduate from a recognized University along with six months Computer Applications Course from a recognized University or ISO-9001 certified Institution.

b) Should have passed Punjabi Examination of Matriculation Standard.

c) Applicant will have to clear Punjabi Type Test with a minimum speed of 30 w.p.m.within a period of one year after his/her appointment in the bank.

Age limit:
Age should be minimum 18 years to 45 years for all categories.


2. Field Officer: 100 posts

Salary and Grade Pay:
Salary and Grade Pay is same as Clerk cum Data Entry Operator.
