Panjab University, Chandigarh has issued a recruitment notification and invited applications from the eligible candidates for filling up the 34 vacancies of Programme Co-ordinator (NSS), Sr Technician (G-II) in Deptt. of Life Long Learning & Ext., Driver and Security Guard posts on contract basis. 4. Security Guard: 24 posts

Educational Qualification:
Applicants those who want to apply for post no. 1 should be an Associate Professor in the University/ affiliated College, for post no. 2 should have Post Graduation in Fashion Designing/ Design Management/ Fashion Technology/ Home Science with 55% marks, for post no. 3 should have passed Matriculation from a recognized Board  and candidates please refer official notification for post wise educational qualification in details.

Age Limit:
Applicants hose who want to apply for the post no. 1 their age should not be more than 50 years at the time of selection, for post no. 4 age should be in between 18 years to 45 years and for the posts no. 2 & 3 candidates age should be in between 18 years to 37 years as on the last date of application. However he upper age limit relaxation will be given by 5 years to SC/ ST and by 10 years for PH, Ex-Servicemen as per rules.

Application Fee:
Applicants those who want to apply for post no. 1 are required to pay the application fee of Rs. 375/-, Rs. 150/- for SC/ ST candidates and Rs. 185/- for PH candidates.For posts no. 2 & 3 required to pay the application fee of Rs. 250/-, Rs. 100/- for SC/ ST candidates and Rs. 155/- for PH candidates. For post no. 4 candidates are required to pay the application fee of Rs. 50/- and Rs. 25/- for SC/ ST/ PH candidates excluding bank charges of Rs. 30/-. Application fee should be deposited in Punjab University, Chandigarh account No. 33417855484 payable at all branches of State Bank of India through pay-in-slip.

Selection Procedure:
Candidates' selection will be made on the basis of test/ interview.
